Tithing Committee
The mission of the Tithing Committee is to allocate the money budgeted for outreach in the St. Alban Roe Annual Budget. Our Mission is to identify the needs that exist given the direction from Jesus: "For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me." Our mission is then to allocate our resources to best fit the needs in our community and beyond.

Seasonal Service Opportunities
Christmas Outreach
The Margaret Ducharme Christmas Outreach Program is designed to provide the parishioners of St. Alban Roe with the opportunity to share their good fortune with other families at Christmas. The program adopts over one hundred needy families chosen by the St. Vincent de Paul Society at three sponsored parishes. These families receive food for a week and selected families also receive gifts. St. Alban Roe also collects approximately 800 new unwrapped toys that are donated to The Circle of Concern - Valley Park, MO and The Agape House - Pacific, MO. The program starts each year in November.

Easter Basket Blessings
This ministry occurs during the Lenten season. An Easter tree is put up in the church vestibule and decorated with eggs. These eggs have items requested for donation such as toiletry items, cleaning products, clothing and of course, Easter baskets. We help 25 families in St. Louis. There are many volunteer opportunities: decorating the tree, contacting families, assembling baskets and delivering to the families.
