Women's Lenten Retreat
Join us for the annual Women’s Lenten Retreat at the Marianist Retreat Center the weekend of March 7-9, 2025.
This year’s theme is "The Jesus I Never Knew."
The retreat begins at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 7 (doors open at 6:00 PM) and concludes on Sunday, March 9 at 11:00 AM. We will explore the Jewish roots of Catholicism—our shared heritage—uncovering insights that will deepen our personal
relationships with Jesus and His Church.
Learning about the Jewish roots of Catholicism – which will help us uncover gems of wisdom and personal insights to help us grow deeper in all of our personal relationships with Jesus and His Church
Our Presenter: Jackie Malt, PhD
Jackie is a cradle Catholic who married a man of the Jewish faith 25 years ago. This interfaith relationship made her learn more and fall deeply in love with her Catholic faith, clearly seeing the connection of salvation history through the Jewish roots of Catholicism. As Catholics, we forget our Jewish foundation, but as we learn more, our own faith journey becomes richer and more tangible. Jackie has a PhD in Health Promotion and Wellness excited to share her passion with connecting Jewish Jesus with the Christian Christ
If one of your 2025 New Year's resolutions is to do something special for yourself, we have just the weekend for you. Spend a few days relaxing with other women, enjoy interesting presentations with engaging discussions, and free time to explore the grounds. Holy Mass and Sacrament of Reconciliation offered Saturday evening.
