Tournament Reimbursement Policy

Policy

The St. Alban Roe Basketball League will reimburse a trophy league member team for one tournament up to $150 dollars. Here are the rules:

• The Tournament must occur between the November 20th and the end of the last week of the normal 10 week season.
• The team playing in the tournament must be limited to your St. Alban Roe roster.
• Your team must wear the St. Alban Roe uniform

This reimbursement does not effect your team's ability to play in the end of the season league tournament.

Procedure

To get your reimbursement please follow this procedure:

1. Make a copy of the check or payment for the tournament.
2. Make a copy of the Tournament Registration form.
3. Provide a list of the players that will be playing in the tournament.
4. Write a note describing the request to the Treasurer include the following
   • The Coaches Name
   • The WCBL team code (e.g. 3GALB1)
   • The Address where reimbursement should be mailed
   • Dates of the tournament if it is not on the tournament form.
5. Leave all of the above information in an envelope at the parish office in the basketball mail box.
6. Send an email to the Treasurer (Jim Haefner at haefnerjj@msn.com) letting him know that you dropped of this packet.
